Ms. McDowell serves as the Chief Operating Officer, Treasurer, and Corporate Secretary for BioRec®. She joined BioRec® in November 2000. She completed her Master of Business Administration from Grand Canyon University, and has over 30 years of management experience in a wide range of forums, from publicly-traded corporations to privately-held companies. Ms. McDowell is responsible for the overall management and growth of BioRec®. Cindy is originally from Virginia and has resided in the Valley of the Sun since 1990.
