Biomechanics Research & Consulting, Inc. (BioRec) was established in Tempe, Arizona in 1992. Since that time, BioRec has worked on thousands of cases primarily in the states of Arizona, Nevada and New Mexico. However, we have the ability to work throughout the United States, with quality analyses performed on cases from the states of Illinois, Utah, California and Hawaii. The complimentary academic, research and professional backgrounds of our team allow BioRec to provide honest and accurate analyses on a variety of case types as highlighted in the Services and Experts pages. BioRec's mission is to provide high quality, accurate work that aids the litigation process. Furthermore, BioRec strives to conduct efficient work with no hidden costs or time delays. Upon receipt of a case, BioRec will spend a maximum of three (3) hours assessing the facts and developing a plan of action. Our clients will then receive a telephone call describing the major case issues, our plan of action, the probable turn-around time, and cost ranges. These ranges will be met unless unforeseen circumstances arise (e.g., the client sends additional voluminous records). After the project is finished, BioRec will deliver a verbal opinion before a report is sent. This opinion will be based on physics and scientific principles and is not influenced by the client's case position. We have found that clients greatly appreciate our way of doing business. BioRec's upfront approach allows the client to budget costs and time appropriately. Additionally, our factual opinions allow the client to accurately assess the strength of his/her case.
